Patrick Njoroge — Co-Founder & Director of Partnerships

Patrick is an EdTech entrepreneur, learning designer, and science communicator who has worked in education since 2015. He creates digital learning experiences that feel human, accessible, and grounded in the everyday realities of African learners. Over the years, he has collaborated with schools, universities, and global organisations—including Kisii University, Aston University, Save the Children, VVOB-Kenya, and the International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD), where he also supports global science communication. Patrick’s work draws heavily on open-source technologies such as Moodle, H5P, Scratch, and other community-powered tools that make high-quality learning possible in low-resource settings. Through Edutab Africa, he develops digital courses, teacher training programs, and STEAM experiences that use these platforms to reach learners across all academic sectors—from early childhood to higher education and adult learning. Outside work, Patrick is an active traveller who enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring new places.
